1. The team edition versus the personal editionThe same tables, formulas, views and dashboards, running two ways — the personal edition on your own computer, the team edition hosted with accounts, permissions and several people at once. Which to pick, and how data moves between them.
2. Accounts, instances and workspacesHow the team edition is organised — email registration and sign-in, one subscription per instance, and workspaces inside an instance as the boundary for data and permissions.
3. Members, roles and project permissionsThe four roles a workspace member can hold, how a project narrows permission down to one set of tables and dashboards, invite links and QR codes, and a project's own API-Key.
4. Sharing and publishingHow the team edition puts a dashboard or a form in somebody else's hands — a public dashboard link, an invite link, a public form. The permission switches on each, QR codes, refreshing a link, and the view counts afterwards.
