TableDI 0.0.9
TableDI 0.0.9 is the previous TableDI desktop app: a local-first spreadsheet workspace with tables, formulas, dashboards and connectors. It keeps working, and licenses bought for it keep working in it. The new product is TableDI 2 — a separate app for file work you redo every period.
You can keep both. TableDI 2 installs next to TableDI 0.0.9 and leaves it alone. To bring your tables over, export a backup (.tdbk) from 0.0.9 and import it in TableDI 2. Licenses bought for TableDI 0.0.9 keep working there; they don't unlock TableDI 2.

Your 0.0.9 license
- Where it lives: in 0.0.9, click your avatar (bottom-left) → Desktop settings

Cmd+,) → License. Paste a key there and click Activate. - Moving to another computer: release it on the old machine from that same screen, then activate it on the new one. Old machine gone? Email us with your order number and we'll release it from our side.
- Lost the key: open tabledi.com/buy in the browser you bought it
with — it shows the key again. Otherwise email us with the order number (it starts with
TD). - 0.0.9 and TableDI 2 keys don't cross over: a 0.0.9 license doesn't unlock TableDI 2, and a TableDI 2 license doesn't activate 0.0.9.
Moving your data to TableDI 2
- In 0.0.9: click your avatar (bottom-left) → Desktop settings → Data backup → Export .tdbk file.
- In TableDI 2: Settings → Backup → Import from the old TableDI (.tdbk).
Each table comes over as a plain table of values; dashboards, views, charts and formulas don't. To run one every period, save it as a job in TableDI 2. Nothing in 0.0.9 changes when you do this. The whole procedure, with what comes over and what doesn't: Bring your data from TableDI 0.0.9.
Privacy, release notes and support
