TableDI manual
Written in the order you will meet things: install it, walk through a sample, then learn where it differs from Excel, then one page per feature. Search-shaped questions (“why does VLOOKUP return #N/A”) live in the help centre; this is the product explained end to end.

From downloading the app to your first dashboard that keeps itself up to date. Six pages, in order — about half an hour end to end.
Core concepts
The handful of things TableDI does differently from Excel. Once these five pages land, every feature after them follows.
Getting data in
Files, paste, images and JSON come in once; data connections keep coming in. The primary key decides whether repeated data updates a row or adds one.

Cleaning and calculating
Set field types first; five panels compute without you writing a formula; hand-written formulas and panels end up as the same thing; summary tables grow out of detail tables.

AI
The desktop app runs AI on your own API key. Chat that builds a table, suggestions inside the panels, one-sentence formulas, per-row AI functions — and exactly what each of them sends out.
Views and charts
One table, many ways to look at it: worksheet, Excel, form, bar and line, pivot, six special charts, and the selectors that filter a dashboard. A view never copies the data.
Dashboards
Put views from several tables on one canvas, add text and controls, and make them talk to each other. Sharing and publishing are a team-edition thing.
Getting data out
Export files, an endpoint external systems can read, writing back to databases and APIs, and turning a table structure into a template. The free line is only on export row count.
Automation
When something happens in a table, do something automatically: triggers, conditions, actions; scheduled tables; and the order to debug them in. A paid capability.
Templates
Built-in samples, local template files, packaging your own tables as a template, and the six scenario templates on the website. Templates are added on top of a workspace, never replacing it.
Desktop settings and licensing
The panels only the desktop app has: activating and moving a licence, backing up and restoring data, migrating from the cloud, privacy, language, updates.
Team edition
The same spreadsheet engine, plus accounts, workspaces, member roles, projects, sharing and enterprise features.
Function reference
Every function, grouped the way the app’s “Formulas” panel groups them: text, time, relation, calculation, plus AI and web functions. The wording matches the in-app function help.
Troubleshooting
It will not start, the import looks wrong, a formula stays empty, export stops at 1,000 rows, AI throws an error — and how to describe a problem so we can fix it.
