Support
One inbox, read by the people who build TableDI. We answer in English, usually within two working days. There's no ticket portal to sign up for — there's no account system at all, which is rather the point.

We don't offer a phone line or a guaranteed response time — we'd rather promise
something we can keep.
Answer it yourself, faster
- Where's my license key, and how do I activate it? → Manage your license
- Moving to a new computer → Release, then activate
- Lost your key → Try the purchase page first, then email us with the order number
- What's free and what's paid → Pricing and the full comparison
- A payment problem (charged twice, paid but no key) → We fix these
- What's new in this version → Changelog
Writing in about a problem
These four lines get you a real answer instead of a round of questions:
- Your platform and version — macOS or Windows, and the version number from Desktop settings → About.
- What you did, and what happened instead.
- Your order number (starts with
TD) if it's about a purchase or a license. - The log file, if the app misbehaved. It's at
~/Library/Application Support/tabledi-desktop/TableDI/logs/on macOS and%APPDATA%\tabledi-desktop\TableDI\logs\on Windows — the error log is the useful one.
Please don't send us your spreadsheet. We can almost always diagnose from the log and a description, and we'd rather not have your data — not having it is the product. If a file really is needed, we'll ask, and we'll tell you how to strip it down first.
Bugs and feature requests
Same address. Bug reports that include the log get fixed fastest; the changelog is where you'll see them land. Feature requests are read even when the answer is "not soon" — we'll tell you which it is rather than leaving you guessing.
