Both Mac builds are signed and notarized by Apple, so macOS opens them without the unidentified-developer warning.

After it downloads

  1. Drag TableDI 2 to Applications

    Open the .dmg and drag TableDI 2 into Applications. It installs next to the old Tabledi (0.0.9) instead of replacing it — you can keep both.

  2. Open it — there's no sign-up

    No account, no license key, nothing to configure. The first screen offers three ways in: do something once, build a job from your own files, or open one of six ready-made jobs with sample files.

  3. Build your first job

    Drop in this period's files (two to reconcile, two to eight to merge: Excel, CSV or a text-based PDF bank statement). You answer four things — the key column, how far apart amounts may be, where next month's files will be, and a name — and everything else has a default; with your own AI key, TableDI 2 drafts the steps for you. Save and run the first period. Your first job, step by step →

  4. Coming from TableDI 0.0.9?

    In 0.0.9, click your avatar (bottom-left) → Desktop settings → Data backup → Export .tdbk file. In TableDI 2, go to Settings → Backup → Import from the old TableDI (.tdbk). Your tables come in as tables, not jobs — save the ones you redo every period as a job. Bring your data from TableDI 0.0.9, step by step →

  5. Add an AI key if you want drafts (optional)

    Settings → AI: paste a key from any OpenAI-compatible provider. It's encrypted with the macOS Keychain and only ever used from your Mac. Nothing else in TableDI 2 needs it. Which providers work and what gets sent →

Bought a license?

TableDI 2 licenses open soon. Once you have a key, open TableDI 2 and go to Settings → License, paste it into License key and click Activate. One license activates one machine, and you can move it — here’s how. Licenses bought for TableDI 0.0.9 keep working there; they don't unlock TableDI 2.
