Manage your TableDI license
There's no account to log into here — that's deliberate. TableDI doesn't have a user record for you, so your license lives in the app on your machine, not on our server. Everything below happens inside TableDI.
Where's my license?
Open TableDI, then: avatar (bottom-left) → Desktop settings → License
(Cmd+, on macOS, Ctrl+, on Windows). That screen shows your
activation status, the key currently in use, the plan, and the expiry date for
subscriptions.
If you've just bought a key and haven't entered it yet, paste it there and click Activate. The app restarts its local engine to apply the unlock — that takes about seven seconds and nothing is lost.
Moving to a new computer
One license activates one machine at a time, and you can move it as often as you like. The order matters:
- On the old computer: Desktop settings → License → Release. This frees the license from that machine.
- On the new computer: install TableDI, then paste the same key and activate.
Old machine dead, lost, or wiped? You can't release from it, so the key will
report already_activated_on_other_machine on the new one. Email us with
your order number and we'll release it from our side — usually the same working day.
Releasing a license doesn't touch your data. Your tables are files in your user directory and stay exactly where they are; the free version keeps opening them.
Lost your key?
Your key is shown on the purchase page right after payment, and that browser remembers it — so re-opening the buy page on the same browser will usually show it again.
If that doesn't work, email us with the order number from your purchase (it looks
starts with TD) and we'll resend the key. Include the email address you used at
checkout so we can match the order.
Canceling a subscription
Monthly and yearly plans are charged through our payment processor. To stop future charges, email us before the renewal date and we'll cancel it — you keep the paid features until the current period ends. Lifetime licenses have nothing to cancel.
Charged twice, or paid and never got a key? That's a payment fault, not a refund request — we fix those. Note that licenses themselves are non-refundable once the key is issued.
