Manage your TableDI 2 license

There's no account to log into here — that's deliberate. Your license lives in TableDI 2 on your Mac, and everything below happens inside the app. TableDI 2 licenses go on sale soon; until then the free version needs no key at all.

Where your license lives

Open TableDI 2 and go to Settings → License. That panel shows whether this Mac is on the free version or activated, and holds the License key field, Activate and Move to another machine. The line at the bottom of the sidebar shows the same state. Step by step, with what each message means: Your license and your backups.

Activating a key

  1. Open TableDI 2 on the Mac you want to use it on — download it first if you need to.
  2. Go to Settings → License, paste the key into License key and click Activate.

Activation needs to reach our license service once. After that, TableDI 2 checks in about every 30 days and works offline in between. If it can't reach us for more than 30 days after its last successful check, it works as the free version until it can — then it restores itself. Your jobs and data aren't touched either way.

Moving to another Mac

One license activates one machine at a time, and you can move it as often as you like. The order matters:

  1. On the old Mac: Settings → License → Move to another machine. That Mac goes back to the free version and the key is free again; its data isn't touched.
  2. On the new Mac: install TableDI 2, paste the same key and click Activate.

Old Mac dead, lost or wiped? You can't release the key from there, so the new Mac will say This key is already on another machine. Email us with your order number and we'll release it from our side.

Moving a license doesn't move your jobs. To take them along, back up on the old Mac and restore on the new one — see Your license and your backups.

Lost your key?

Your key is shown on the purchase page right after payment, and that browser remembers it — so reopening the buy page in the same browser shows it again.

If that doesn't work, email us with the order number (it starts with TD) and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll resend the key.

Monthly and yearly licenses

A monthly or yearly license is paid once, for that month or year, and doesn't renew by itself — there's nothing to cancel and nothing is charged again. The lifetime features stay on until the period ends; then TableDI 2 works as the free version, with your jobs and data untouched. Buy again, or buy lifetime, whenever you want them back.

Charged twice, or paid and never got a key? That's a payment fault, not a refund request — we fix those. Licenses themselves are non-refundable once the key is issued.

Using TableDI 0.0.9?

Its license lives inside 0.0.9: click your avatar (bottom-left) → Desktop settings (Cmd+,) → License. That's where you activate, check and release a 0.0.9 key — release it there before moving to another computer.

A key bought for TableDI 0.0.9 stays with 0.0.9: it keeps working there, but it doesn't unlock TableDI 2 — and a TableDI 2 key doesn't activate 0.0.9.
