The six scenario templates
Six downloadable templates on the website — stock ledger, sales report, reconciliation, customer follow-up, attendance, gradebook. Each comes with a walkthrough. They are published in Chinese today; here is what is in them and how to install one.
The six scenarios

These six are published on the Chinese site, and the template files carry Chinese table and column names (they are built with locale: zh_CN). Install one and the structure, the formulas and the dashboards are all there and all work — the labels are simply in Chinese, and you would rename the columns. Renaming is safe: formulas reference the column code, not the title. The three samples that ship inside the app — sales, expenses and stock — are in English; see Creating from a template.
Installing one
- Download the
.jsonfrom the scenario page. - In TableDI, New from template → Upload local template file, and choose it.
- Look over the resource list and press Use this template.
- Swap the sample data for yours: Import → replace data with matching column names, or clear the data and add your own.
A template is added to the current workspace and leaves your existing tables alone.
Making it yours
Every one of them is an ordinary set of tables: rename the columns (formulas are unaffected — they reference column codes), add columns, change how a summary is defined, drag the dashboard into the shape you want. Export the result as a template and it is your team's standard ledger.
