Templates

Built-in samples, local template files, packaging your own tables as a template, and the six scenario templates on the website. Templates are added on top of a workspace, never replacing it.

1. Creating from a templateTwo entry points — New from template on the home screen and the Templates page in the sidebar. Three built-in samples (sales, expenses, stock) plus Upload local template file. A template is added to the current workspace and touches nothing that is already there.
2. Turning your own table into a templateOnce a set of tables, formulas and views is right, Export → Template gives you a file that somebody else installs in one go with Upload local template file. What to tidy up first, and the template developer mode.
3. The six scenario templatesSix downloadable templates on the website — stock ledger, sales report, reconciliation, customer follow-up, attendance, gradebook. Each comes with a walkthrough. They are published in Chinese today; here is what is in them and how to install one.
